DFDS is currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager with excellent commercial capabilities. The role is based at our office in Turku and is responsible for operating and developing the existing sales activities in Finland. **Your profile:** - Can demonstrate a strong track-record of road transport sales solutions - Effective and strong negotiator - Ability to provide leadership, obtain cooperation and assistance to meet objectives - Understand and able to work with CRM-system is an advantage **Main areas of responsibility:** - Focus on further developing logistic sales activities in Finland - Preparation and negotiation of commercial offers and agreements in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders - Work together with the management team in order to improve and drive sales - Develop new commercial concepts and attract new customer base **Personal characteristics and skills:** - Native Finnish speaker and good English skills both verbally and written - Swedish skills are advantage - Sales experience in the transport sector - Ambitious and sales driven - Proactive, positive, and self-driving personality - Flexible, loyal and open minded Traveling must be expected in connection to customer visits.
