Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and optimize supply chain operations across our 8 restaurant branches, main production site and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient procurement, inventory control, and distribution processes to support daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage supply chain operations for all our restaurant locations Coordinate purchasing, inventory levels, and stock replenishment Monitor and manage warehouse operations and stock movement Liaise with suppliers and negotiate delivery schedules Optimize logistics, transportation, and distribution processes Ensure timely delivery of goods to all branches Analyse supply chain performance and identify cost-saving opportunities Maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics activities Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations Requirements: Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and locations Experience in food or restaurant industry is an advantage Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
