Develop new products from idea to launch (formulas, textures, concepts) Design and oversee packaging (structure + graphics) in line with the brand identity Collaborate with founders, suppliers, formulators and partners Source and propose innovative materials, components and finishes Ensure consistency across product, packaging, and overall brand experience Follow up on sampling, testing and production processes Monitor trends, competitors and new opportunities within the market Contribute to the creative direction and storytelling of new launches You have experience in cosmetic product development and packaging design You are able to translate a brand identity into products and packaging You have a strong eye for aesthetics, materials, and detail You are familiar with formulations, packaging components, and suppliers Experience with textiles, accessories, or lifestyle products (gadgets) is a strong plus You are hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented You can create structure, manage multiple projects, and handle timelines independently in a fast-paced environment You stay on top of trends within beauty, lifestyle, and design You communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders You are fluent in English/Dutch
