Beauty Advisor & Salon Receptionist (Ashley Joy) - Full time Work tasks: About Us: We are thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new Ashley Joy boutique hair and beauty salon located in Artius (Foorum) Keskus, right in the heart of Tallinn! Combining Scandinavian minimalism with Mediterranean warmth, our salon is not just a place for top-tier beauty services, but also the exclusive retail spot for Ashley Joy’s signature natural hair care products. The Role: We are looking for a passionate, welcoming, and sales-driven Beauty Advisor & Salon Receptionist to be the face of our brand. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through our premium product lines and ensuring the daily operations of the salon run smoothly. Your Responsibilities: Welcoming walk-in customers and creating a warm, luxurious experience. Educating customers about Ashley Joy hair care products and actively driving retail sales. Managing customer inquiries and coordinating walk-in traffic with our freelance hair and nail professionals. Maintaining the visual merchandising of our retail shelves. Providing light social media support: capturing behind-the-scenes photos and short videos of the salon and our products, to assist our dedicated marketing manager. Assisting management with basic daily salon operations. We offer: A fixed base salary plus an attractive commission on every Ashley Joy product you sell.
