You can use English in your daily work, while also having opportunities to practice your Finnish. A Finnish discussion club is available for International Trainees to improve their Finnish during the traineeship. We are seeking a trainee in data-driven management for the International House Tampere unit within the Employment and Growth Services of the City of Tampere. In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making by analysing statistical data, building Power BI reports, and developing processes for data collection and reporting. Your main tasks will be: - Processing and analysing statistical data - Developing and maintaining Power BI reports - Supporting data collection and reporting processes We require you to have relevant higher education studies (minimum 180 ECTS) or graduation within the last two years. The position requires good English language skills, Finnish language skills are not required.
