Your responsibilities ✔ Customer contact at European level: You answer phone and written inquiries from cardholders, sales teams, and internal departments in their own language (Italian, Romanian, English) ✔ Problem-solving & follow-up: You register complaints and ensure complete resolution by actively following up with internal and external partners until the issue is fully resolved ✔ Credit control support: You support customers and sales with outstanding payments, invoice questions, and local tax issues. You communicate in the customer's native language ✔ Administrative processing: You work accurately according to procedures and ensure correct administrative follow-up of customer files ✔ Translation & communication: You translate when necessary and ensure smooth communication between different European markets ✔ Teamwork: You work together with a multicultural team and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and customers Qualifications ✔ Languages (!) - This is essential: o Must have: Fluent Italian and English o Nice to have: Romanian o Any additional European language is a strong asset! o Dutch is NOT required - don't let this stop you from applying! ✔ Minimum diploma from secondary education ✔ 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service ✔ You are stress-resistant and can prioritize well ✔ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ✔ Strong administrative skills and attention to detail ✔ Proficient with MS Office and you quickly learn new systems ✔ You are a team player who can also work independently ✔ Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented ✔ You can multitask well and work in a dynamic environment ✔ You appreciate a multicultural work environment
