We’re looking for Nordic Travel Consultants to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia, who enjoy selling experiences, not just answering calls. Work tasks: Sell with purpose – inspire travelers, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect voyage Engage, don’t push – we don’t do cold calls; our guests already want to travel with us, your job is to make their dream trip a reality Deliver top service – every guest should feel valued, from first call to final booking Reach and exceed targets – your results directly grow your monthly bonus Stay curious – learn our products, destinations, and systems so you can offer real expertise Collaborate – work with a supportive international team that shares ideas and celebrates wins together We offer: Base salary: from €2,200/month (full-time) + monthly bonuses – the better you perform, the more you earn! Flexibility: Full-time (40h/week). Part-time (50% or 75%) becomes possible after your first 3 months of training and onboarding.
