Work tasks: What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the voice (and vibe) of Hurtigruten: inspiring guests to book once-in-a-lifetime voyages while delivering top-tier customer service. Here’s the gist: Inspire & sell: Turn curiosity into bookings using your travel know-how and genuine enthusiasm. Connect & care: Guide guests through calls and emails, making every interaction feel easy and personal. Personalise the magic: Recommend upgrades, excursions, or hidden gems that make trips unforgettable. Stay on top of it all: Keep guest info up-to-date in our CRM, follow processes, and help us improve as we go. Grow & glow: Learn from feedback, share ideas, and help make every part of the journey better — for guests and teammates.
