As a store manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Overall responsibility for the staff

Organisation and structuring of the working day in the store

Prepararation of af shift schedule

Purchasing and ordering of goods

Documentation and reporting to the food authorities

Ensuring a high standard of hygiene in the store
