For example, you will: The drawing up a site installation with indication of logistics; Global Drawing up and following up planning and daily planning of personnel, transport and equipment carrying out checks on levels and route; providing welcome and training for new employees; leading (motivating, listening, etc.); The Quality in execution follow up in accordance with the requirements of the specifications; monitor the safety and actively contributing to improvement according to the VCA** procedures; draw up and defend progress reports and additional works; submit technical proposals and come up with variants that create a win-win situation.... You have a bachelor's or master's degree in construction and have already several years of experience; You can work autonomously and have good leadership skills; You are a good communicator and can transfer your knowledge in a smooth way. Order and cleanliness are of paramount importance to you; You are flexible and you work hard for your sites day in and day out. You are able to manage and motivate your team. You can express yourself in French if necessary.
