About 3Sonic 3Sonic is a young Danish MedTech start-up developing an advanced ultrasound based intraoperative tumor imaging device. Our technology is designed to support surgeons with rapid imaging during cancer surgery, improving surgical treatment decision making and clinical outcomes. Job Description We are seeking a Business Developer to support the commercialization and international expansion of our solution. The role focuses on performing market analysis, developing business cases, supporting commercial strategy development and developing strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders within the healthcare and medical imaging space. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and competitive analysis within surgical imaging and oncology devices Develop and support international market entry strategies Identify and establish strategic partnerships with hospitals, distributors, and MedTech industry players Support fundraising and investor relations through preparation of business cases and presentation materials Contribute to regulatory and reimbursement market strategy in collaboration with internal and external experts Collaborate with R&D and clinical teams to align product development with market need Qualifications Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration and Bioentrepreneurship or similar Minimum 1 year of experience in MedTech, medical devices or healthcare strategy Strong understanding of medical device market dynamics and hospital procurement processes Experience working with international markets Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to work independently in a startup environment Excellent written and spoken English.
