About the Position – Sous Chef As Sous Chef with us, you will play a key role in our new and ambitious kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef and help lead the daily operations of the kitchen. Together, you will create a menu where classic dishes are given new life — still recognizable, but refined through modern technique, presentation, and flavor. You will help set the standard for quality, structure, and teamwork, and act as a natural second-in-command in the kitchen.
