Chef wanted for new Asian-Nordic bistro – Lolos (Åland) We are opening a small, quality-focused bistro built on Nordic and Åland culinary traditions, with a touch of Asian influence using seasonal local ingredients and cooking everything from scratch. We are now looking for a skilled and passionate chef who wants to be part of the journey from the beginning and help shape the kitchen, menu and standards. The bistro serves breakfast, a daily changing classic Nordic lunch (meat, fish, vegetarian + one Asian dish), and a light evening bistro menu. The kitchen is small, structured and quality-driven, with a steady daytime rhythm.
