We are now looking for a skilled and passionate chef who wants to be part of the journey from the beginning and help shape the kitchen, menu and standards. The bistro serves breakfast, a daily changing classic Nordic lunch (meat, fish, vegetarian + one Asian dish), and a light evening bistro menu. The kitchen is small, structured and quality-driven, with a steady daytime rhythm.
