General Operations Associate
Job Description - Conduct daily inspection, maintenance and fault repair of factory electrical equipment to ensure stable operation. - Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and record maintenance activities. Identify potential electrical hazards and take timely corrective actions. - Support engineers in optimizing electrical systems and provide maintenance technical assistance. - Comply with safety regulations and participate in electrical safety training activities. Requirements - Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related technical fields. - Strong experience in electrical equipment maintenance, inspection and fault repair. - Experience maintaining non-standard or customized electrical equipment. - Knowledge of preventive maintenance methods and maintenance documentation. - Ability to identify electrical risks and respond effectively to equipment failures. - Good cooperation skills to work with engineers and production teams. - Ability to communicate in Chinese for technical support and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with electrical safety regulations and maintenance standards.
