Requirements
Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related technical fields.
Strong experience in electrical equipment maintenance, inspection and fault repair.
Experience maintaining non-standard or customized electrical equipment.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance methods and maintenance documentation.
Ability to identify electrical risks and respond effectively to equipment failures.
Good cooperation skills to work with engineers and production teams.
Ability to communicate in Chinese for technical support and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with electrical safety regulations and maintenance standards.
