Field Engineer
Easpring Finland is developing a battery materials plant in Kotka, to respond to the rising demand for battery materials in Europe. The plant will produce cathode active material, which is needed to manufacture batteries for electric vehicles. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build and support a career in HR.Key Responsibilities:Handle HR day-to-day operations of employee lifecycle in co-operation with the HR TeamResponsible for outsourced payroll operations and benefit managementFacilitate communication with employees to ensure smooth information flow across departments.Assist the HR Manager in policy development, hiring processes, and salary administrationOrganize and support employee engagement eventsWorking with co-operation processes and unionsResponding to ad-hoc situations in appropriate mannerRequirements:Bachelors degree or higher in Business or a related field2-3 years of experience in an HR role preferably in a factory running contextProficiency in both Finnish and English. Chinese is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks efficiently and address employee inquiriesFamiliarity with HR applications and database systemsKnowledge of employment laws and regulations in industrial settingStrong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skillsDiscretion, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracyIf you got interested please leave your application as soon as possible.
