About the Role As a member of our management support team, you will collaborate closely with our dedicated staff and contribute to essential administrative processes.  Your responsibilities will include: Mastering calendar management in Microsoft Outlook Crafting PowerPoint presentations Preparing agendas for key meetings Assisting with comprehensive department reports Keeping our intranet up-to-date Organizing documents in DTU's filing system Tackling various ad hoc tasks What We Expect from You We are looking for someone who: Is pursuing a relevant education and has a keen interest in administrative processes Communicates effectively in Danish and English, both written and spoken Works confidently with the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, and has good knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Approaches tasks, big and small, with a commitment to quality Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn Your Skills and Attributes We hope you can tick off some of these: A structured approach to tasks The ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease A desire to contribute to the green transition What We Offer You  If you can match the above, we will in return offer you a job where you gain experience and insight into the inner function of a world leading research department. We have an informal working environment with opportunities to take responsibility and grow with the tasks.  Salary and appointment terms The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees—Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State). Working hours are on average 15 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. Starting date is 15 th April 2026 (or according to mutual agreement). The employment runs as long as you are an active student. The workplace is DTU Risø Campus near Roskilde with occasional workdays at DTU Campus Lyngby.
