Food Technology Specialist (m/f/d) (Food Technology Specialist)

Conditions

• 3 shift work.
• Recruit employees: 250,- € bonus for recruiting new employees.

Tasks

• Control incoming goods for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and additives.
• Accompany various process steps from raw material to ready-to-ship pallet.
• Manufacture a wide variety of products according to recipes using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Impart knowledge regarding quality management, hygiene regulations, food law, and environmental protection.
• Set up, convert, and operate machines.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment, machines, and systems.
• Operate process control technology and monitor production processes.
• Apply quality assurance systems.

Requirements

• Sense of responsibility, specifically in complying with food law regulations.
• Diligence in adhering to recipes.
• Technical understanding for the maintenance of machines and systems.
• Basic knowledge of IT.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Preferred

• Ideally training in the food industry, but this is not a requirement.
