Conditions

• *You will receive the entry bonus of 500 € as follows,
• Recruit employees: € 250 bonus for recruiting new employees.
• 250 € after 40 productive working days, the remaining
• 250 € after 120 productive working days.
• Entry bonus: € 500

Tasks

• Independent set-up and operation of the production machines.
• Responsibility for compliance with specified machine performance, safety regulations, and quality, work, and operating instructions.
• Ensuring production quality through production-related production control.
• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work.
• Setup, conversion and operation of machines.
• Cleaning, maintenance and maintenance of equipment, machines and systems.
• Imparting knowledge about quality management, hygiene regulations, food law and environmental protection.
• Operating process control technology and monitoring of production processes.

Requirements

• Training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or comparable technical training.
• Technical understanding including experience in machine operation and PC skills.
• Willingness to work in a shift system.
• Ability to work in a team as well as reliable and structured way of working.
• Sense of responsibility, e.g. in compliance with food law regulations.

Preferred

• Experience in food technology desirable.
