We are a family-run architecture and engineering firm headquartered in Hoppegarten (near Berlin) and a diverse team of currently around 30 employees. As of 01.03.2026, we are looking for a dedicated construction manager (m/f/d) who would like to help shape our new location in Cottbus and supervise the upcoming projects there. This is what you can expect from us: – the opportunity to supervise projects at our new location in Cottbus from the very beginning – a wide range of tasks (from basic research to advisory property management) and interdisciplinary activities – varied challenges in a wide variety of demanding projects and direct involvement in ongoing and upcoming projects – Independent, trusting work after a comprehensive and competent induction in a respectful working atmosphere – Short decision-making processes Your tasks: – Support the development of our new office location – Preparation of awards, tenders and contract coordination – Independent management of construction projects from the planning phase to completion – written correspondence, telephone calls and e-mails What you bring with you: – Proof of the necessary qualification with a corresponding degree in the subjects of architecture or civil engineering – Application-oriented IT skills – Experience in the construction industry and the associated basic knowledge and handling of the legal framework (DIN, VOB) – Professional experience and practical relevance – Structured, independent and reliable way of working – Sense of responsibility and confident communication behavior Does this sound like you?
