Housekeeping Manager We are looking for an energetic and responsible Housekeeping Manager to oversee our international housekeeping department. You will be the supervisor of your team and work on-site as part of the housekeeping team at the beautiful Apukka Resort. You will play a key role in the success of the housekeeping team within a rapidly growing company. At Apukka, we work together with a positive spirit alongside other teams. The Housekeeping Managers diverse daily responsibilities include leading a large team, ensuring quality, working cost-effectively without compromising standards, creating work schedules, managing orders, overseeing inventory, communicating with other departments, promoting employee well-being, and, above all, ensuring guest satisfaction. We expect you to have previous experience in a supervisory role. Strong people and leadership skills are essential. You spread a positive and solution-oriented atmosphere around you. Excellent organizational skills are required, and we hope you will lead your team by example. Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory. Work is scheduled in morning, day, and evening shifts throughout the week, including holidays.
