We are looking for 1 Assistant to the Managing Director (m/f/d) - Finance, HR & Controlling Full-time/Part-time Shaping instead of just administering. We are looking for a committed personality who likes to take on responsibility, understands numbers and actively shapes processes. In this role, you will work closely with the management and contribute your know-how in finance, HR and controlling.   What you bring to the table: ·         Commercial training (HAK, FH, Uni or similar) ·         Very good accounting skills ·         Interest or experience in HR and controlling topics ·         structured, independent and discreet way of working·         Analytical thinking and number affinity ·         Confident handling of MS Office (esp.
