Material Planner
As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will align people strategies with business objectives, driving talent development, leadership effectiveness, and organizational transformation. You lead core HR functions such as workforce planning, compensation, and employee relations, while using data and insights to support proactive, informed decision-making. This role requires strong stakeholder management, confident communication, and the ability to navigate both global and local contexts with consistency and compliance. Your Impact -Partner with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives in talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across global and local teams. -Lead and support key HR programs including culture, engagement, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with business goals and local regulations. -Deliver data-driven insights and workforce analytics to enhance decision-making, employee engagement, and workforce planning. -Facilitate change management processes, including organizational design, communication strategies, and stakeholder alignment across functions and regions. -Build strong relationships across the organization, presenting confidently to diverse audiences, negotiating effectively, and fostering a collaborative HR culture.
