You will identify, qualify, and shape cleanroom envelope projects from early design through contract award, collaborating closely with EPC partners, end customers, and Exentec's supplier network. Acting as a bridge between engineering and commercial leadership, you will transform technical expertise into strategic opportunities and scalable client relationships. Explore your tasks and responsibilities - Drive market development by identifying target customers and building relationships with EPCs and end users across pharma, biotech, semiconductors, EV/battery, and aerospace sectors. - Lead technical sales: translate requirements into cleanroom envelope concepts, prepare proposals, and present value-engineered solutions. - Coordinate internally with design, procurement, and suppliers; support risk reviews and contract negotiations. - Provide market insights and contribute to supplier qualification and framework agreements. - Support strategic initiatives: go-to-market planning, trade fair representation, and process standardization. Show your expertises - Degree in Mechanical, Process, Building Services, or Industrial Engineering (or comparable). - Several years of experience in cleanroom construction, HVAC, or controlled-environment projects — ideally in sales, bid management, or project engineering roles. - Proven track record in B2B technical sales or business development for capital equipment or turnkey construction. - Strong understanding of cleanroom technologies (envelope systems, air handling, filtration, pressure cascade, GMP/FDA standards). - Experience working with EPCs, general contractors, or industrial end users. - Familiarity with project bidding processes and specification development. - Existing network within EPCs or end users is a strong plus. - Fluent English required; German or other European/Asian languages are a plus.
