About us: A high-volume Asian all-you-can-eat buffet in Helsinki is expanding. Were known for fresh, consistent Chinese hot dishes and friendly service. To support growth, we are recruiting skilled Chinese cuisine chefs. Duties (scope): Daily prep (mise en place), marinades, stocks, sauces. High-volume batch cooking and station service (wok, fried rice/noodles, soups, roasted/fried items). Buffet replenishment, temperature control, FIFO, visual presentation. HACCP routines: temperature logs, allergen labeling, hygiene. Waste and cost control; cooperation with FOH during peak times. Kitchen cleanliness and equipment care; support training of junior staff. Requirements: 2–3+ years professional experience in Chinese hot kitchen (wok/stir-fry) or buffet operations. Chinese Cuisine Chef certificate or equivalent is an advantage. Basic English for work; Mandarin/Cantonese beneficial. Finnish is a plus. Finnish Hygiene Passport (or ability to obtain within 3 months of start).
