The Chinese Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional Chinese cuisine according to the restaurants menu and quality standards. Main duties include: Preparing and cooking Chinese dishes using traditional techniques (e.g. stir-frying, steaming, deep-frying) Handling raw ingredients, including meat, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and spices commonly used in Chinese cuisine Ensuring food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards according to Finnish regulations Assisting with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations Working as part of the kitchen team and following instructions from the head chef or restaurant management The work requires practical experience in Chinese cooking and the ability to work efficiently in a restaurant kitchen environment.
