Head of Clinical Project Management

Your Mission As HCPM, you'll be the driving force behind our clinical project management team. You'll lead, coach, and empower Clinical Project Managers to deliver high-quality research projects that truly make a difference. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure optimal resource allocation, training, and strategic planning. You'll also play a key role in business development, client engagement, and quality assurance—ensuring every project is executed with precision and purpose. What You'll Do Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor the CPM team, conduct appraisals, set performance goals, and foster a culture of excellence. Strategic Resource Management: Evaluate workloads, recruit new talent, and assign the right people to the right projects. Client Engagement & Business Development: Participate in bid defenses, develop study budgets, and contribute to winning proposals. Project Oversight: Ensure projects are well-planned, communicated, and executed with high quality and efficiency. Quality & Compliance: Prepare for audits, address client concerns, and uphold GCP-ICH standards. What You Bring A degree in a scientific field 10+ years in clinical research (pharma, biotech, or CRO), with 6+ years in project management Proven leadership and coaching skills Fluent English (additional languages are a plus) Strong knowledge of GCP-ICH and willingness to travel Who You Are Collaborative: You thrive in a team and want to make a positive impact.
