Are you looking for a varied and challenging job in the logistics sector? GXO Logistics in Mechelen is soon looking for motivated Allround Warehouse Operators to strengthen the team! Your responsibilities As an allround warehouse operator, you will be involved in various steps of the logistics process. Your tasks may include: Checking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment Repairing or adjusting damaged or incorrect goods (rework) Performing customization tasks based on specific client requirements Scanning and registering goods in the WMS system Handling administrative tasks in Excel and Word Moving goods using EPT, stacker, or forklift Reporting discrepancies and results to the team leader Assisting with inventory counts and stock control Maintaining a clean and safe working environment What are we looking for? You understand and speak fluent Dutch and/or English You are willing to work in a 2-shift system: Early shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Late shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM You have 1 year or more experience in logistics You have experience operating an EPT You have experience operating a forklift and/or reachtruck (certificate is a plus!) You are familiar with WMS systems, scanners, Excel, and Word You work accurately, are well-organized, and have an eye for detail You are a team player but can also work independently You are physically capable of lifting heavier objects
