We are now seeking for an experienced SOURCING MANAGER As a Sourcing Manager you will be working independently supporting project business; planning and negotiating, executing and supervising. You will source for new suppliers, negotiate and evaluate supplier long term agreements. You are responsible for maintaining and developing strategies for your categories together with applicable stakeholders. You will be in close contact with sales, R&D, engineering, quality and production. You will also work closely with our purchasing team and give them support with project related matters if needed. You will be also responsible for supplier's performances and KPIs and developing supplier's relationships and capabilities. Requirements To be successful in this position you have: - Several years experience in similar sourcing positions within production industry. Also experience in indirect sourcing and direct spend global sourcing outside Europe is considered advantage. - Relevant commercial or technical background, experience especially in robotics and/or electrical field is seen as an asset. - Understanding of the procurement processes as a whole, ability to build agreements based on the requirements - Ability to evaluate suppliers - Excellent communications, negotiations and team working skills - Proven experience of successful negotiations in complex business agreements - Independent, well-organized working methods and can-do attitude also under pressure. - Analytical and systematic way of working - Capability to working in cross-functional team and matrix organization - Ability to communicate fluently in English and Finnish, both written and spoken As a person you are self-driven, systematic and interested in technology.
