Construction Manager
As a steel structure foreman, you are responsible for managing steel structure manufacturing as part of our production management. The work typically includes coordinating welding work and related measurements/inspections, planning the internal production process of the project on your part (phasing, layout, material flows, etc.) and effective communication primarily in English and secondarily in Finnish. You are responsible by nature, you understand the importance of effective communication as a key tool to enable efficiency and safety of operations. You have at least a couple of years of work experience in a machine shop/shipyard or similar production management tasks and a good understanding of welded structures. As a matter of principle, we demand that understanding the importance of safety and quality thinking to be a must. IWE/IWT/IWI/IWS qualifications are considered an advantage.
