Construction Manager

Enersense Engineering Oy is seeking a Construction Manager for industrial and piping projects to join our clients team in Porvoo, Finland. You will play a key role in leading site activities on a high peak industrial project, running until October 2026, with a possibility for extension to upcoming projects. As Construction Manager, you will assume ownership of day-to-day construction operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality execution throughout all stages of the project. You will be guiding the team through a period of elevated activity and complexity, where strong leadership, planning capability and proactive decision-making are essential. Main tasks and responsibilities: * Coordinate, plan and execute installation and assembly operations on site and in the prefabrication workshop with minimal supervision * Maintain accurate records, project documents and progress reports * Schedule and follow up on-site execution works * Organize and prepare workplaces for installation works * Manage tools and material supply * Lead and supervise company staff and temporary workforce * Manage subcontractors performance * Responsible for on-site safety organization and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies * Support for establishment of welding execution and documentation system * Support for the establishment of a QA/QC system * Serve as the on-site contact for customers Requirements: * Educational background in mechanical engineering * Several years of professional experience in managing and supervising piping construction, steel structure and pressure equipment construction sites * Strong knowledge of site management, including scope, schedule and cost control * Confident and professional demeanor with all project stakeholders * Proficient in MS Office, MS Project experience preferred * Proven leadership and team-working abilities; experience in motivating staff * Resilience, flexibility and strong customer orientation * Good communication skills in Finnish and English By applying you will create your own job seeker profile and you will be a part of our candidate network.
