We are looking for a Product & Services Manager to join Ruukki's Roofing team. In this role you create and lead the product segment strategy for Roofing (products and services). Digitalization is important part of your job. You ensure the competitiveness of product portfolio, new products, market launch and pricing model development. You coordinate and lead Roofing R&D team in matrix together with Business heads and Operations. The preferred location is Finland but other Ruukki countries, like Poland or Baltics, are possible. Key responsibilities Responsible for product portfolio (products & services) strategic development and leading this strategy implementation together with sales and operations Responsibility of new product and service portfolio development Safety guidelines related to Roofing portfolio and installation processes Responsible of market launches of new products according to product strategy and follow up of the development Supports and contributes to Ruukki Roofing strategic projects Ensures with own actions to the country level co-operation and information sharing and decision taking in Roofing management meeting What we are looking for We are looking for a person with passion to product & services and development, and who has experience in: At least 5 years experience management in R&D work. Knowledge of the construction or steel construction is advantage Master´s degree or equivalent Innovation management Experience in international company and cross functional collaboration Excellent negotiation, communication and public speaking skills Strategical management skills and structured way of working Knowledge and willingness for teamwork and co-operation Customer orientated mindset Proved leadership skills Technical skills
