Your Impact: Plan & Coordinate: Oversee day-to-day conference and convention activities, ensuring impeccable organization. Client Engagement: Respond promptly to requests (within Crowne Plaza's 2-hour standard), conduct site inspections, and tailor event solutions. Efficient Booking: Manage group reservations from inquiry to final invoice. Cross-Team Collaboration: Arrange all meeting and event details, ensuring seamless interdepartmental coordination. Post-Event Excellence: Analyze client satisfaction, address feedback, and continuously refine processes. Business Development: Seek new opportunities within hotel industry sectors (government, agencies, airlines, etc.). Strategic Contributions: Provide creative input to enhance business goals and productivity. Support & Promotion: Assist with marketing initiatives, client meetings, RFP submissions, and event organization. What we need from you A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Business language and tools acumen Bachelor's Degree/higher education qualification/equivalent in hospitality or related field French and English - Dutch it's a big plus! Well-groomed and professional appearance Result oriented and driven Flexibility and willingness to learn new job skills Minimum of 3 years - 5 years of relevant sales experience What we offer: Salary following the barema of Commission Paritaire 302 and your experience level.
