The consultant will collaborate closely with local teams to facilitate their individual transformation journeys. Scope of Work The Process Designer will: Collaborate with business stakeholders to draft and document Level 4–5 (L4–L5) processes. Ensure all documented processes align with agreed standards and governance frameworks. Accurately capture and document processes to support business users and coworkers. Ensure interdependencies with other connected processes (L3–L5) are acknowledged and that all process handovers are clearly defined and documented. Partner with Process and Product Leaders to ensure consistent, optimized process design. Monitor the development of business processes within digital product areas. Required Competencies and Attributes Deep expertise in process mapping methodologies. Demonstrated success in process mapping within a global business environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate conceptual discussions into actionable process documentation. Proficiency in translating business input into structured, clear process flows. Ability to break down complex problems and design processes that are easily understood. Capable of listening actively, challenging assumptions, and clarifying process intent to ensure accuracy in documentation. Driven to create clarity and alignment across business functions.
