RESPONSIBILITIES · IT administration and acting as the IT contact person at Goethe-Institut Finland · Procurement, installation, and maintenance of computers, technical equipment, and software in accordance with centralized standards, with the help of service providers if necessary · Ensuring the security of the IT architecture · Updating and maintaining file structures, databases, user accounts, and access rights · User support and guidance (in Finland), including system training · Technical support and organization of events (in Finland) · Facility and building technology tasks in Finland (e.g., monitoring the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the property, equipment, and installations) · General property maintenance tasks, receiving and dispatching deliveries · General office duties such as correspondence and ordering materials WE EXPECT FROM YOU · Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a friendly and customer-oriented attitude · Excellent command of Finnish or Swedish (C2 or native level), good command of German (B2/C1), good English skills; knowledge of other languages is an asset · Solid and versatile professional skills acquired through several years of work experience and further training.
