We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and elevate our culinary offerings. Job Summary: We are currently looking for Full time Chef De Partie to work at Telfer Ltd (L’Gueuleton) based at 1 Fade Street, Dublin 2. Our new team will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and career progression. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section. • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating new menu items. • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene. • Manage and train junior kitchen staff. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. • Contribute to the development of seasonal menus and specials. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant. • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification. • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills. • Passion for food and creativity in menu development. • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
