Job Title: Business Sales Executive Company Name: Blackbird Barbershop Limited Location: 58, Thomas Street, Limerick, V94 W3CC Job Description: Blackbird Barbershop is seeking a Business Sales Executive to oversee general sales activities, with a focus on expanding the customer base among Brazilian residents in Ireland. Key responsibilities include: • Discussing customer requirements and advising on the capabilities and limitations of our composite packages tailored to clients interested in our services; • Quoting prices and outlining payment arrangements; • Making follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to generate further leads; • Keeping up to date with developments in the field and recommending potential improvements to services; • Maintaining accurate records and accounts of sales made; • Handling customer complaints in a professional manner; • Collaborating with the employer to discuss business strategies, services offered, and target customer groups to help shape marketing initiatives. Job Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. • Fluency in Portuguese will be considered an advantage. • Proficiency in graphic design tools, CRM systems, and social media will be considered an asset.
