THE POSITIONOdyssey Hotel Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Cluster Groups & Events Organizer to strengthen our Groups & Events Organizer Team. You are the driving force behind every group booking and event across all Moxy hotels in Germany. From intimate gatherings to large‑scale conferences, you ensure each experience is flawless.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate rooming lists, timelines, floor plans, AV setups, flowers and catering- Lead site inspections and pre‑event briefings with clients- Serve as main on‑site contact for clients and vendors before, during and after each event- Liaise with kitchen, banqueting, front office and housekeeping for seamless execution- Handle last‑minute changes, walk‑in requests and social events (weddings, birthdays)- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners and suppliers- Track bookings in our database, gather feedback and report on event
