We are seeking a Business Development Analyst to join our Consumer Package Goods (CPG) Industry Team. This role will report to the Global Business Development Manager of the CPG Team and will be instrumental in driving growth through strategic planning, cross-selling, new product development, and strategic pricing. This role can be home-based in the USA or the Netherlands and is open to candidates who are legally authorized to live and work in these countries. It requires regular travel to Baltimore, MD, and other global locations. Job Responsibilities and Requirements Key Responsibilities: Value Proposition and Business Case Development: - Build detailed business cases for investment decisions. - Perform TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI (Return on Investment) analyses. - Craft compelling value propositions addressing customer pain points. Selling Tools Development: - Develop selling tools and packages, including customer-facing presentations with quantified value messaging. - Plan and organize internal training sessions on the selling tools. - Initiate and plan marketing activities, liaising with the global marketing team.
