They are looking for a new, Inhouse SAP HCM Consultant to join their growing team and to help improve their overall HR processes. Tasks You will manage the existing SAP HCM landscape and concentrate primarily on the following key areas: Design, customize, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions with a focus on Time Management and Payroll. Be the first point of contact for the specialist departments when it comes to requirements in SAP HCM. Project management with responsibility: Take over the management of innovative projects with a focus on the SAP HCM environment and actively drive their success. Support in the introduction of modern technologies such as SAP S/4HANA / SAP Fiori and contribute your expertise to the upcoming SucessFactors implementation. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy of payroll calculations and reporting. Profile Bachelor's degree Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules, specifically time management and payroll processing functionalities. You have good knowledge of supporting and customizing SAP HCM. Familiarity with integration points between SAP HCM and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP Finance, SAP SuccessFactors) and third-party systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. SAP HCM certifications are a plus.
