Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack Development & Implementation Lead the development and maintenance of Metaceutic's mobile applications (iOS/Android) and web-based platforms for users and healthcare professionals Design and implement scalable database architectures to manage microbiome and health data securely and efficiently Develop front-end dashboards and visualization tools that allow users and HCPs to interact with microbiome insights Build and optimize secure APIs that connect different Metaceutic services, enabling smooth interoperability across our ecosystem Work closely with data scientists, bioinformaticians, and AI engineers to integrate AI-driven analytics into user-facing interfaces Software Architecture & System Design Design and oversee the architecture for our web platforms, mobile applications, dashboards, and AI-driven analytics systems Ensure scalability and interoperability across all digital touchpoints, from customer applications to healthcare provider dashboards Develop a microservices-based architecture to support seamless dataflow, integrations, and system performance optimization Architect and manage large-scale databases, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and processing of microbiome and health data Implement data pipeline strategies for AI-driven analytics, ensuring that data collected from users is securely processed and transformed into actionable insights Business-Oriented Technology Strategy Align software architecture with business goals, revenue models, and customer engagement strategies Work closely with the product, AI, and business development teams to ensure that our digital ecosystem enhances service offerings and customer experiences Identify and implement monetization opportunities within digital platforms, such as API-based data services or subscription models Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions Security, Compliance & Data Privacy Ensure that all digital assets comply with GDPR, HIPAA, and industry-leading security standards for handling sensitive health data Implement robust cybersecurity measures including encryption, authentication, and secure access protocols across all platforms Design privacy-first architectures to ensure customers and healthcare partners maintain full control over their data Implement comprehensive security frameworks for microbiome and health data protection Infrastructure Management & DevOps Ensure cloud infrastructure optimization, leveraging platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deployment, security, and performance Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control systems Optimize UI/UX for a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance monitoring   QualificationsTechnical Expertise Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Architecture Experience: Proven experience in architecting scalable software systems, preferably within digital health, AI-driven platforms, or data-intensive applications Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong expertise in full-stack development, including JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js), Python, Node.js, and backend frameworks Mobile Development: Experience in mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or similar frameworks) Database Engineering: Strong expertise in database engineering (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.), including database performance optimization Cloud Computing: Strong proficiency in cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) APIs & Integration: Proven ability to design and implement APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and integrate external data sources DevOps & Infrastructure: Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git) Domain Knowledge (Preferred) Prior experience in healthcare, biotech, or healthcare applications Understanding of biological data handling and bioinformatics integration Experience with AI/ML integration in healthcare or life sciences applications
