Senior Software Engineer — C# / .NET / Azure / Typescript

Do you want to help shape a modern, scalable HR platform used by organisations worldwide? At HR-ON we’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to help build, maintain, and scale a mature SaaS platform using C#,.NET, Typescript and Azure. As the product is already live, a significant part of your work will focus on maintaining and improving existing systems, ensuring user experience, reliability and performance. What You’ll Do Design and build core services in C#,.NET and Typescript Model and optimise data in Azure, ensuring performance and reliability at scale. Develop and maintain REST endpoints that power our product features and partner integrations. Evolve the platform architecture for resilience, observability, and easy maintenance. Automate CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and champion clean-code practices through code reviews and pair-programming. Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps peers to deliver end-to-end features that delight our users. About You You’re an experienced engineer who: Has built C#,.NET and REST services and integrated external systems, even if integrations aren’t your sole focus. Uses GitLab (or similar) for version control, CI, and automated tests. Thinks in terms of scalable, maintainable architecture and values knowledge-sharing with teammates. Bonus Points Experience in managing teams and projects is an advantage. AWS infrastructure-as-code (CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation). Bash/Zsh scripting on *nix systems. A fondness for type-safe, declarative coding styles (e.g. fp-inspired TypeScript). We don’t expect you to tick every box—curiosity and a growth mindset matter most.
