Solution Architect

For a multi-national ServiceNow partner we're looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to support the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across ITSM, HRSD/CSM. You'll act as the technical authority for ServiceNow strategy, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to align solutions with enterprise needs. - You are able to work anywhere in Europe, but preferably Spain, France, Bulgaria. - English language ok, with local language a bonus The Role - Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. - Translate business needs into technical designs and implementation roadmaps. - Ensure platform compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and integration standards. - Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams. - Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams to support sprint planning and delivery. Your Experience & Skills - 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience. - Strong knowledge of platform capabilities, scripting, integration (REST/SOAP), and CMDB. - Familiar with Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery models. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) advantageous - ServiceNow CSA + Implementation Specialist (e.g., ITSM, HRSD) - ITIL v4, SAFe Agilist, or Scrum certifications If you are interested, please apply with your latest CV and best number to contact you on.
