You will play a key role in developing and strengthening OSTPs position in these markets. The role is based in Pietarsaari, at OSTP Finland.About the roleAs Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales plan and achieving sales KPIs for Finland and the Baltics. You will work closely with production, quality, logistics and project sales, to ensure customer needs are met with the highest quality and efficiency. You will manage the entire process from customer inquiry to order fulfillment, including pricing, quotations, and key account management. You will nurture customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and participate in industry meetings and events.Responsibilities Sell, market, and promote OSTPs product range in Finland and the Baltics. Handle customer inquiries and orders from start to delivery. Collaborate across functions to make sure customer needs are met. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Provide reporting and statistical analysis to the Nordic Regional Manager and clients. Participate in industry meetings and organize OSTP events in the area. Actively work with safety, quality, and digital tools in the sales process. We are looking for someone who Has higher commercial and technical education, with a good understanding of basic economics. Has experience in sales and achieving targets in an international environment. Has good knowledge of stainless steel and its applications. Is customer-focused, analytical, and solution-oriented. Is flexible, proactive, and has a technical mindset. Is a team player with strong organizational and communication skills. Is fluent in Finnish, Swedish, and English; additional languages are an advantage. Has experience with digital tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, CRM, and ERP systems.
