Taxi Driver / Activity Guide

Saariselän Kuukkeli is looking for enthusiastic taxi drivers and activity guides for the winter season. The role offers the opportunity to combine customer service, driving, and activity coordination into one varied workday amidst the magical scenery of Lapland. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Daily taxi drives in the Saariselkä, Ivalo, and Inari areas - Transporting customers to activities and attractions - Leading and guiding activities, such as Northern Lights tours - Selling activities at the counter and online - Working in the equipment rental - Performing simple maintenance tasks related to large properties and accommodation units - Performing basic maintenance on a wide range of electric bikes DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Taxi license (we will cover the cost if you do not have one yet) - Category B driving license - Category D1 driving license is a plus - Basic skills in general maintenance tasks - Strong customer service skills - Ability to understand and speak English - Good stress tolerance and organizational skills - Initiative and a small entrepreneurial mindset WE OFFER: - Primarily daytime work - Furnished rental accommodation (apartment/room) for the duration of employment - A pleasant and versatile work environment in the stunning winter landscapes of Saariselkä - Opportunity to develop versatile skills in the tourism and transportation industry Apply now and join the Saariselän Kuukkeli team!
