Technical Assistant (2 teams)

Are you technically strong and do you get satisfaction from supporting and coaching a team?  Then this role as a technical assistant is made for you. You combine the execution of technical interventions with the guidance of operators, so that you work both practically and people-oriented. In your role, you ensure the optimal functioning of an automated machine park. You set up machines, adjust them and solve technical problems where necessary. In addition, you monitor the quality of the products and follow up the entire production process correctly. At the same time, you coach operators, ensure that safety rules are complied with and help them grow in their role. In time, you can even replace the sports director in your absence – a great step forward in your career. What does your working day look like? You start by setting up and adjusting the machines, so that production can run smoothly. In the event of technical malfunctions, you immediately look for the cause and offer a solution. You keep a close eye on the product quality and ensure that the process runs correctly. Together with the shift leader, you deploy operators efficiently and motivate them to work safely and accurately. In the absence of the sports director, you take over the leadership of the team. What we expect from you A solid technical foundation and a passion for machines. Experience in setting up, adjusting and maintaining machines is a plus. You think solution-oriented and can switch quickly in the event of malfunctions. You have a sense of responsibility and can coach others. Safety and quality always come first for you. You are willing to work in 2 shifts (early/late). Accessibility The workshop is easily accessible by car and bicycle. There is ample parking and the location is well connected to the main roads.
