Your responsibilities Technical interventions: Setting up, adjusting and preparing our automated machinery. Detecting and resolving technical issues to keep production running smoothly. Working together with those responsible to closely monitor the production process. Ensuring the high quality of our products through accurate monitoring and adjustment where necessary. Coaching operators: Optimal deployment of operators within your team. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by all team members. Acting as the first point of contact for operators in case of questions or problems. What do we expect from you? You have an upper secondary technical diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience. You have a good knowledge of mechanics and electricity. Knowledge of PLC and pneumatics is a plus. You have an eye for detail, are solution-oriented and strive for quality in your work. You show independence, responsibility, and have a strong focus on safety and initiative.
