In this role, you will be responsible for the successful management of our clients IT M&A project portfolio as well as the execution of individual IT M&A projects and project streams. IT M&A projects involve IT activities related to mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and similar corporate transactions. The work includes supporting the (vendor) due diligence process as well as managing post-transaction IT carve-outs and integrations. We will discuss the details of the client company with candidates personally during the first stage of the recruitment process. Main tasks - Ensure successful delivery of IT projects related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestments - Support project teams with IT due diligence, data gathering, planning (e.g. Day 1, carve-outs, integrations), TSA development, and project execution - Promote the use of common methodologies, tools, and templates across projects - Contribute to the development of IT M&A processes, methods, and tools - Manage and track the IT M&A project portfolio and its status - Coordinate and engage with stakeholder groups We expect - Some experience in project and/or project stream management.
