Mediahuis Distribution ensures that newspapers such as De Telegraaf, Volkskrant, and the Noordhollands Dagblad are delivered on time. Your role as Location Coordinator While the rest of the Netherlands is still asleep, you make sure that thousands of people receive their newspaper on time. As a Location Coordinator at Mediahuis, you are the one who keeps everything running smoothly in the early hours. You ensure that the delivery in your region goes off without a hitch, motivate and support deliverers and distributors, and quickly resolve any unexpected issues. If a deliverer calls in sick, you arrange a replacement - and if necessary, you deliver the papers yourself. Using the delivery app, you keep track of your deliverers remotely. You are also responsible for optimizing delivery routes and ensuring your deliverers are paid correctly. In addition to working at the main depot in Monnickendam, you also handle administrative tasks, such as processing reimbursements, handling complaints, and maintaining deliverer records.
