Export agent

In this role, you are responsible for smoothly and timely coordinating air freight shipments within the export process. You ensure an optimal logistics workflow and act as the point of contact for customers and suppliers. Your tasks: Ensuring efficient and timely processing of export shipments. Accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems. Tracking and tracing export shipments and reporting progress. Communicating arrival notifications to customers and overseas offices. Handling accurate invoicing for customers and suppliers. Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers such as airlines and transport companies. Complying with internal and external regulations, including government requirements. Continuously improving operational processes and contributing to an efficient workflow. Proactively resolving potential issues and escalating to management when necessary. Strong communication skills and customer orientation. Relevant studies: Bachelor in logistics or equivalent bij experience. Proactive attitude and well-developed organizational skills. Good knowledge of Excel and Word; experience in air freight/logistics is required. Proficiency in English (required) - knowledge of Dutch would be considered a big plus. Available to work in shifts: 08:00-16:30 & 11:00-19:30 IATA certification is a plus. A positive mindset, problem-solving ability, and a good sense of humor.
