This = the job you are looking for You edit and manage content in our Content Management System, making sure EA has all it needs to provide our customers with qualitative answers. And that's not all. We can rely on you as a junior writer and content manager to: - Manage requests for content updates or additions. - Ensure quality of the language of the content provided. - Collect and organize information. - Follow guidelines for Content Management System ("CMS") entries. - Add content to our CMS. - Check availability of the content - Write short pieces of content. This = your job It's your job to make sure EA has all the content needed to provide customers with solid answers, and to maintain that content. You make sure to correct the content, and delete or add content when needed. Next to managing the contents inflow, you will also have the opportunity to create content such as: e-mails, short documents and apply improvements to existing content.
